At Wildflower Waxing Studio, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No call, no show will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost. “Please note, there is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If I’m notified you are arriving after this time & there is not a client scheduled immediately after you, I’ll be happy to complete your service. Alternatively, if you arrive after the grace period and there is a client scheduled after you, you are welcome to wait for the next available slot on the same day to avoid the no-show fee.”
